Rena E. Fulkerson died on Aug. 25, 1948, in Trenton, Missouri. She was 58.
According to her death certificate, Rena was born on Sept. 5, 1889, in Daviess County, Missouri, to Charles Love Scott, born in Indiana, and Mary Louise Witten, born in Grundy County, Missouri.
Rena’s husband Boyle Fulkerson preceded her in death. Rena lived at 1619 Main St. in Trenton, and had lived in the community for 39 years.
Rena’s cause of death was hypernephroma, or renal cell cancer. She was buried on Aug. 27, 1948, at the Edinburg IOOF Cemetery in Edinburg, Missouri.
